Cancellation Policy
All sessions with Superbloom Healing are designed to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing through holistic and intuitive modalities. Sessions are meant to promote balance, clarity, and self-awareness, and should be approached as complementary to — not a replacement for — medical, psychological, or veterinary care. Payment & Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Packages must be used within the time of their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically according to their terms unless canceled prior to renewal. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable. If a true emergency arises, please reach out directly so we can adjust accordingly. Refund Policy All purchases are final. Because these sessions involve time, energy, and preparation, refunds are not offered. In some cases, credit may be applied toward a future session at Alicia’s discretion. Session Experience All sessions are conducted via phone or zoom unless otherwise stated. Please find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.
